Thank you for shopping at palletoorivuragayalu.in! We are committed to delivering your favorite pickles and sweets in the best condition and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume (especially during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: Usually, orders are delivered within 5-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Local Delivery: For customers in and around Tanuku, delivery might be faster.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most pin codes across India.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delivery failures.

5. Damages

  • Palletoori Vuragayalu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we take great care in packaging our products in leak-proof containers.
  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately (within 48 hours) with photos/videos to file a claim.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier partner or notify us within 24 hours.
